"This bronze sculpture takes on the functional form of a candleholder. The piece symbolizes the enlightenment which comes from the Kiva, the sacred place in the center of a northern New Mexico Indian Pueblo community. The three facets of the sculpture symbolize the natural elements: earth, water, and air. Decorative figures including a Kokopelli, a Bison, and a Coyote, adorn each facet."
